Pleasant Stay with Great Service!

We had a wonderful family stay for three nights. The staff, particularly at the restaurants like The Terrace and Pazaib, were amazing and attentive. The kids loved the pool area, and we enjoyed quality family meals. Pro tip, try the breakfast early for the best selection!

This hotel suits me perfectly! The wi-fi in rooms, 24-hour service, and outdoor pool meet all my needs. I remember how the staff helped with my luggage during my first stay, which made it special. I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape!

I spent 4 nights and honestly, the staff were super nice! Arun the manager was a big help, and Jamal and Rizwan were just lovely. Breakfast was delicious, shoutout to Pradeep and Muhammad Taqi for being fab cooks. However, the concierge was a total conman trying to scam us, it was such a mess.

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira. The location offered easy access to the city's highlights. Friendly staff made check-in pleasant. However, the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, a good experience for a short visit.

I gotta say, the staff were lovely and really tried to help when I complained about the terribly noisy room which was right above the club. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good, especially when that young boy came over to refill our coffees with a smile.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable.

The rooftop pool was really nice and refreshing. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. Staff was helpful, especially during check-in. The gym was free to access, which was a plus. The breakfast had various options, including fresh fruits and pastries, it was great.

I stayed here for 4 nights in a Deluxe King room. The outdoor pool was refreshing. Wi-Fi worked great throughout my stay. The staff provided excellent service, especially during check-in. Overall, a pleasant experience! 😊

I really appreciated the hotel's proximity to the vibrant Juma Al Majid Heritage and Culture Center, which is just over a kilometer away, and the Deira Clocktower, a great spot that's a bit less than 2.5 km away, making my walking adventures around the city so enjoyable. the staff were friendly and made me feel right at home during my solo stay in the Premium King room, even if the reception could improve their responsiveness to calls.

We had a lovely time enjoying the rooftop pool and the soothing sauna during our stay. The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby club, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper! 😊
